In 2014, Hospital Dona Helena achieved accreditation from Joint Commission International, the most important hospital certification in the world — being the first institution in Santa Catarina to receive the Gold Seal Approval seal, with 98% of the elements assessed in full compliance.
Every three years, Dona Helena undergoes rigorous technical audits, being recertified with this seal since the first certification.
